Senior Software Engineer (AdTech)

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and services supporting ad campaign management, targeting, delivery, attribution, and reporting
• Architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance distributed systems
• Optimize systems for high-throughput and low-latency event/data processing
• Drive architectural decisions and establish development patterns
• Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
• Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering technical excellence
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and alignment with long-term product goals

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in building scalable, high-performance systems
• Hands-on experience with AdTech solutions such as DSP, SSP, ad exchange, prebid, Google Ad Manager, or openRTB
• Strong proficiency in Python, preferably with the Django framework
• Solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
• Good understanding of distributed system architecture with a focus on data availability, reliability, and performance
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and AWS
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience with dbt and Redshift
• Familiarity with interior decor industry solutions
