Design and execute manual and automated test cases for the AAOS voice assistant app
Validate voice interactions, audio pipelines, and integration with car hardware APIs
Ensure app compliance with Android Automotive OS standards and OEM requirements
Build and maintain test plans, regression suites, and smoke tests across different hardware targets (e.g. emulator, dev boards, in-vehicle systems)
Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to define acceptance criteria and test coverage
Investigate and report bugs, performance issues, and edge case failures with clear reproduction steps
Support continuous integration pipelines by integrating automated tests and tracking quality metrics
Participate in certification testing, field testing, and voice UX validation

4+ years of overall experience in software testing, including at least 2 years in testing of Android applications
At least 1 year of experience with test automation (e.g., using Espresso, Appium, or similar frameworks)
Strong experience in writing and maintaining test cases and test documentation
Experience with bug reporting and task tracking using Jira
Solid understanding of QA processes, testing types, and SDLC
Upper-Intermediate level of English

WOULD BE A PLUS

Experience with Android UI test automation
Experience with automotive HMI testing
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git)
Experience with AI-based or ML-integrated applications (e.g., testing AI-driven features, models, or integrations)

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for product quality
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team
