We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to build and scale our talent pipeline, focusing on technical roles. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical and creative roles, excellent English communication skills, and a proven track record of working in both small and large tech companies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical and creative roles
- Proven track record of working in both small and large tech companies
- Proficiency in using Ashby or similar ATS
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to conduct thorough resume reviews, evaluating qualifications, skills, and experiences
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and cultural fit
- Creativity and effectiveness in talent sourcing, utilizing methods beyond common tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong commitment to maintaining high standards for structured hiring processes, assessments, documentation, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Skill in building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in recruitment matters
- Excellent prioritization and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple positions with varying scopes simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset in working with the people operations team to develop strategies, plan weekly activities, maintain up-to-date HR metrics, and assist with HR management and people-related matters
- Previous experience in technical roles and interested in AI technologies are a strong asset
