As part of the team, you will tackle one of the most challenging and critical problems in the OTA domain at planet scale, untangling various race conditions and scaling issues in a large distributed system. • Foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management:
    • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
    • Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful project completion within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, firmware, and QA engineers, to align technical requirements with business goals.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration across groups to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and other business units. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.

What you should know:

  • 9+ years of working experience as a software engineer.
  • Excellent in communication and collaboration across functional organizations.
  • Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience in designing and implementing microservices in production-grade.
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proficient in writing at least one programming language (Java/ C#/ Ruby/ Python/ Golang) in production-grade.
