Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in software program or project management, preferably in automotive connectivity, telematics, IoT, or SDV domains
- Proven track record in managing software delivery involving multiple teams or suppliers
- Good understanding of connected vehicle architecture, OTA frameworks, and cloud-device communication
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong planning and execution skills with a delivery-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Technical understanding of software integration, validation, and release management
- Financial and analytical skills for tracking budgets and program health
- Collaborative leadership and problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment
