As a Senior Manager, Sales and Business Operations on the Growth Program Management & Operations (PMO) team, you will serve as the liaison between the Growth team’s Partner Sales and Success and Shipt Media teams and the B2B Marketing team to support strategy development, sales enablement, and cross-functional coordination across internal teams. This role will also support the Partner Sales and Success and Shipt Media teams with operational routines that drive efficiency, clarity, and alignment across our revenue-generating teams focused on sales readiness, training, and partner activation.While no two days are the same, you will work with the Partner Sales and Success and Shipt Media teams to prioritize requested content based on industry, retailer and brand insights; and then partner with the B2B Marketing team to generate the content and materials for external use.
Additionally, you will identify and implement tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency in sales operations and partner engagement strategies. You will also support development of reporting and performance insights that support sales go-to-market programs and partner engagement.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
You have 5+ years of experience in sales go-to-market strategy roles with a background in same-day delivery industry, experience with retailer and brand partnerships, and business development teams
You have demonstrated expertise in creating playbooks and toolkits for how the sales teams can bring the enablement materials to market successfully
You have proven experience with sales go-to-market programs that drive measurable growth in sales pipelines and revenue generation
You have experience developing training programs that support sales readiness and consistent partner activation across internal sales teams.
You have exceptional process design and program management skills with a knack for simplifying complex workflows and aligning multiple stakeholders
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and can drive alignment across levels and functions
You are familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
Work Arrangement
Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

All other locations:
$73,000-$147,000Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
