This role will deliver both pre- and post-sales support, including hands-on instrument demonstrations, customer installations, application training, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for assigned product lines.
Requirements
- Conduct technical demonstrations, installations, and customer trainings on hardware/software
- Provide first-line customer support and issue resolution
- Maintain and manage regional demonstration inventory
- Collaborate with sales and service teams in a team-selling model
- Support product line and regional leadership on various technical initiatives
