- Develop, document, and implement global ERP processes for value realization
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the global design includes required functions
- Create user stories aligned with stakeholder needs and business processes
- Focus on transportation planning, transportation management software development, process streamlining for transportation modes, regulatory alignment, and data reporting
- Ensure global process adherence during system design, configuration, and testing
- Provide recommendations to global business product owners on ERP functionality limitations
- Lead a cross-functional team for process development, documentation, and user training
- Assist with training, change management, and communication for Cloud ERP implementations
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field or 12 years of relevant supply chain experience
- 5 years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain operations and systems
- Experience with large project or system implementations and ERP operating systems
- Proficiency in software such as Oracle, AWCS, AOM, with understanding of supply chain systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of relaying ideas in technical and user-friendly language
- Demonstrated leadership in continuous improvement and the ability to teach technical concepts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an ability to work in a multicultural, team-oriented environment
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
