The Project Specialist is an important contributor to the execution of key programs improving operational and financial performance, optimizing employee experience, or addressing other business objectives.
Requirements
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial and/or operational data to quantify challenges and overall project impact
- Acting as a liaison between field teams, functional business leaders, and corporate partners (e.g., IT, QI) – in some cases directly identifying, documenting, and communicating business process requirements
- Supporting design and execution of alternative business process workflows, recommending improvements and enhancements where possible
