Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee technical aspects of data and analytics projects, including architecture design, data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics implementation.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop project plans and roadmaps.
• Define & design data solutions, scalable, robust, and efficient, that meet business needs and adhere to best practices and industry standards.
• Manage project resources, including technical teams and third-party vendors, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Coordinate with data engineers, data scientist, data architects and analytics experts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of data solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data management and analytics practices, tools, and technologies.
• Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of data platforms and systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement data governance and security measures
• Support with the generation of Commercial approaches

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in technical project leadership roles, with a focus on data management and analytics projects.
• +5 years’ experience as Business Analyst
• +2 years’ experience AI Solutions
• +3 years’ experience in SQL
• +5 years experience in Software Development Life Cycle
• +5 years experience in Data
• Deep understanding of database technologies, including relational databases and NoSQL databases
• Experience and technical knowledge with public clouds such as Azure, AWS
• Experience in the multilateral sector, development banking or international organizations is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, data modeling techniques, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Being involve in cloud migration projects and being familiar with new architecture approaches such as Fabric and Mesh
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic vision and multicultural work environment previous experience.
• Knowledge of BI analytics tools, such as Power BI
• Fluent in English and Spanish
