Senior Director, Technical Recruiting is responsible for designing and executing an industry-leading technical recruiting strategy to identify and engage transformative technical talent. This role will lead the Americas-based tech recruiting team and drive global hiring strategy across one or more technical functions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience within recruitment and/or HR functions
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
- Background spanning both large enterprise companies and fast-growth startups
- Deep understanding of global technology talent markets
- Strong business partnership and relationship-building skills
