Principal Platform Architect- Federal role involves guiding customers through digital transformation journey, providing thought leadership, best practices, and expert guidance to ensure customers achieve long-term value from the ServiceNow platform. The role requires expertise in leading solutioning and scoping discussions, driving successful delivery of strategic projects, and establishing strong governance frameworks to optimize platform strategy.

Requirements

12+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization
Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow Platform experience
Canadian citizenship or permanent residency status
Canadian Secret Security Clearance preferred
Management consulting experience
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
