National Account Liaison

The National Account Liaison will be responsible for the maintenance and development of National Account customer relationships from an operational and customer service perspective. They will oversee the delivery of service from the providers to the National Account customers to ensure performance standards are met and will collect data and create reports for customer reviews. The National Account Liaison will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and overall business success.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for operational and service requests.
  • Prepare and communicate reporting to national account customers on, service performance, issue resolution, and other key metrics.
  • Collect data and prepare reporting on service delivery to ensure providers are meeting required standards.
  • Meet with support teams to discuss and monitor financials, workorders, and customer service issues and provide input as needed.
  • Maintain and update client and sub-contractor agreement files.
  • Provide customer service and problem resolution to clients, franchise operations and subcontractors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams on required services to enhance our competitive position.
  • Partner with National Account Managers to find franchisees or subcontractors to perform work.

  • Two years’ experience in customer service within a service industry

Work Location:

This role is 100% remote with less than 10% travel required.
