What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale backend systems along with client-based components using Node.js / Typescript
- Solve complex challenges in scaling backend systems to handle millions of requests efficiently and reliably
- Play a key role in architectural and design decisions, building toward an efficient distributed architecture
- Implement and optimize networking-based solutions, including advanced proxy communication capabilities
- Develop complex and efficient client-based agents and on-prem components, including highly secured client-to-server communication
- Address challenges related to deployment, remote-control and monitoring of client and on-premises components
- Research and develop new initiatives / POCs in the Browser Security domain
Requirements
What You’ll bring with you:
- 5+ years of development experience, preferably with Cyber Security products
- Proven experience in designing and developing backend micro-services in Node.js / Python / Rust / C++, preferably in high-scale
- Hands-on experience with various communication protocols such as web sockets / proxies
- Familiarity with encryption mechanisms and secure communication practices
- Proven ability to solve complex issues related to agent-to-client communication
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-premises infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details and a team-oriented mindset
- Highly motivated and self-learner
- B.Sc. Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent knowledge
Nice to have but not a must:
- Background in cybersecurity, preferably an experience with EDR systems
- A start-up working experience, preferably in early stages
- Experience with developing self-contained and containerized applications using Kubernetes
- Browser extension development experience
- Electron framework development experience
