We are currently searching for a Voice Engineer with Genesys Cloud :

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage voice infrastructure solutions, with a primary focus on Genesys Cloud. (Core function and primary technology)
  • Administer and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager). (Key Cisco technology)
  • Manage and support Cisco Unity Connection voicemail systems. (Related Cisco technology)
  • Work with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (CCE) environments. (Specific Cisco contact center platform)
  • Configure and troubleshoot voice gateways. (Essential voice infrastructure component)
  • Implement and manage SIP trunking solutions. (Key voice communication protocol)
  • Understand and work with various voice codecs. (Fundamental voice technology knowledge)
  • Utilize strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve voice-related issues. (Critical soft skill)
  • Adhere to network security principles and best practices in voice system deployments. (Important security aspect)

Requirements

  • 9 to 12 years of experience in Voice Engineering. (Significant experience level)
  • Extensive experience with:
  • Genesys Cloud (Primary required skill)
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager) (Key required skill)
  • Cisco Unity Connection (Key required skill)
  • Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (Key required skill)
  • Voice Gateways (Required technical knowledge)
  • SIP Trunking (Required technical knowledge)
  • Voice Codecs (Required technical knowledge)
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in voice environments. (Essential skill)
  • Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices. (Important knowledge)

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
