Annually, SEO serves more than 7,000 individuals through a comprehensive suite of programs designed to foster academic achievement, leadership skills, and professional success. SEO's programming is multifaceted, addressing critical transition points in a young person's life. The SEO Scholars program is a free, eight-year academic program that supports public high school students in New York City, San Francisco, and North Carolina, guiding them to and through college with a remarkable 90% college graduation rate. For undergraduates, SEO Career provides internship opportunities and pre-professional development with over 80 corporate partners, leading to full-time job offers for 80% of its interns. The SEO Law Fellowship offers paid pre-law school internships at top law firms, creating a talent pipeline for students of color. Furthermore, SEO Alternative Investments provides education and mentorship for professionals underrepresented in that sector, while the SEO Leadership Institute offers ongoing development for the organization's extensive network of over 26,000 alumni across the globe.
