Sentara is hiring a Supervisor for their Sales Operations Team!

This is a remote position!

Overview

•The Supervisor of Sales Operations will perform activities that provide business solutions to organizational initiatives and demonstrate an expertise in key platforms and interfacing applications.
•The Supervisor of Sales Operations will play a key role in the configuration and implementation of sales systems.
•He/she will work with leadership in the department to establish realistic project scope, project plans and timelines.
•He/she will escalate barriers and consider interdepartmental impact when recommending, implementing, and testing sales solutions.
• The Supervisor of Sales Operations will manage configuration/testing projects with demonstrated ability to create Business Requirement documentation and test plans.
• The Supervisor of Sales Operations needs to possess a high degree of expertise in the requirements to support initiatives; to include coordination of configuration, testing, QA/maintenance of assigned sales systems.
• The Supervisor of Sales Operations must possess strong verbal and written communication skills using sound judgement.
• The Supervisor of Sales Operations must possess strong organizational and leadership skills.
• The Supervisor of Sales Operations must have proven ability to analyze data, processes, and initiate root cause analysis to influence resolution actions.
• The Supervisor of Sales Operations needs to show a proficient knowledge of flow charting and process mapping.
• The Supervisor of Sales Operations must have ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities while serving as a resource for other members of the team.

Education

  • BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in related area (operations, IT, or reporting preferred)

Certification/Licensure

  • Salesforce System Admin Certification preferred. Applicants will be required to receive this certification within one year of hire. (Preferred)

Experience

•1 -3 years’ CRM experience.

•Minimum 2 years of experience with technical implementations and execution.
•3 - 5 years’ experience in data mining, analysis and reporting.
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Management and Root Cause Analysis preferred.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include MS SQL server experience including writing SQL queries, SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, and SQL Server Integration Services. ​
