As Inventory Manager, you’ll be a trusted partner, making an impact by supporting SeatGeek with industry expertise and impactful strategies. Reporting directly to the Director, Inventory, you are an account and relationship manager who will help design the long-term strategy of the Inventory Team to maximize on our unique industry position.

You will be responsible for the management and execution of inventory initiatives across SeatGeek. You will develop and enhance relationships with our top inventory suppliers, creatively attack the ever-changing industry landscape, and work with partners from across the globe to drive new revenue streams to SeatGeek.

What you'll do

  • Deepen the inventory partnerships established today
  • Negotiate inventory agreements with partners and collaborate with teams to create profitable deal constructs, value levers, and pricing scenarios
  • Develop strategy plans; including partnering with SeatGeek Enterprise and Marketing teams to develop specific strategies that improve results
  • Key contributor for marketing and operational strategy for major events and genres
  • Develop inventory strategies and incentives for all genres, specifically high demand events including optimizing B2C and B2B supply
  • Identify inventory gaps and opportunities and create a strategy to execute on them
  • Provide supply expertise around inventory acquisition and operational execution

What you have

  • 5+ years in business development or account management; 2+ in live event ticketing industry
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to juggle multiple contracts at once
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year
  • Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and integrity
  • Analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented
  • BI Tool knowledge- Looker/SQL experience a plus

The salary range for this role is $109,000 - $167,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
