Step into a role where you shape sales strategy, bring service offerings to customers, and help our customers improve their daily operations. As our Head of Service Sales Finland , you will lead a team of Services Sales Representatives. Your mission will be to develop a high-performance team, drive collaboration with other sales teams in Schneider Electric, while also managing some key accounts and opportunities yourself.
What you'll do
- Lead the team of Services Sales Representatives and act as a people manager according to our values & leadership code.
- Contribute to the development of Schneider Electric's business in Finland as a member of the Country Leadership team and the Nordic Baltic Global service leadership team.
- Drive sales excellence across account management and pipeline management.
- Build the strategic growth plan, including both vision and sales execution roadmap for Services in Finland.
- Convert services leads from the Installed base into business opportunities and drive transformation towards a digital, consultative business approach.
- Collaborate closely with other sales, tendering, business support and operations teams in Finland and the Nordic Baltic Zone ensuring a great customer experience throughout the "Service lifecycle".
- Contribute to Country Plan for Global Accounts and Targeted Accounts.
- Manage Service offer pricing based on market insights, value based pricing, and margin development.
What will help you succeed
- Commercial mindset with strong drive and interest in technology; able to learn new technologies quickly at a general level.
- Prior success in achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer partnerships.
- Solid experience from Energy or IT industry, especially in customer-facing roles and within sales.
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships at all levels (partners, end users, C-level).
- Basic technical understanding from segments such as Cloud & Service Provider, Power & Grid as well as overall knowledge of software, digital transformation, and solution services.
- Experience from Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, UPS, Cooling or Industrial Automation is beneficial.
- Able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and build relationships across business units and lead teams to success.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Language skills: Fluent in Finnish & English.
