Role Overview
As an Incident Manager, you’ll be part of the Security team where you’ll own the reporting, classification and remediation phases of the incidents, as well as driving efforts to implement scalable stability solutions. We are seeking motivated and collaborative Incident Managers who can bring their diverse perspectives and problem solving mentality to meet the evolving needs of our company. This role involves developing connections with technical and business experts in the company and interacting with a variety of technologies, applications and processes. The role will also include participation in project work which strives to further improve the stability, performance, and resilience of the Satispay platform. . You will be reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and working closely with many teams and stakeholders within the Satispay Group.

Your mission:

  • Incident reporting and remediation. Coordinate the reporting, classification and remediation phases of Satispay's incident process.

  • Incident resolution. Coordinate the resolution and restore of normal service operation during incidents.

  • Communicate effectively. Manage the communication with the leadership in the event of incidents.

  • Analyse root causes. Provide leadership and expertise to assist with the determination of root cause and solution of incidents.

  • Monitor and prioritize. Identify, investigate and prioritise potential issues across Satispay software and infrastructure.

  • Reporting. Prepare, publish, and distribute detailed incident reports to provide visibility and insights for ongoing improvements.

  • Support regulatory compliance. Drive process and tooling change across the organisation to support regulatory change - eg DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act).

Your ideal profile:

  • Security expertise. Knowledge of Security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001).

  • Technical expertise. You bring knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS). and understanding of different service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

  • Analytical approach. You are data-driven and bring data analysis skills (e.g., Splunk).

  • Relevant experience. You bring experience in the Technology or Financial services industries.
