- Help consultants convert SAP project experience into strong resumes
- Train candidates on using internal resume-building tools
- Conduct weekend sessions for resume and interview preparation
- Provide career guidance, motivation, and confidence-building support
- Improve candidates’ communication and presentation skills
- Schedule and coordinate mock interviews
- Track candidate progress until placement readiness
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, coaching, or placement support
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Understanding of IT/SAP projects (preferred)
- Ability to motivate and guide candidates
- Availability for evening and weekend work
Benefits
Candidate responsible for taking the sessions in a weekend for USA and Canda students who completed their training and live projects on SAP. Taking the sessions for resume building for each candidate.Per session it will be 800-1000 per session it is the part time job and remote Job completely.
