Santen is recruiting a Specialist, Group FP&A for their Global SAP Center of Excellence team to lead the company-wide utilization of data and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), SAP BW/BI, or related field
• Strong expertise in data management and analysis using SAP BW/BI
• Experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a global team environment
