Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent field
- 9+ years of lending and/or new business development in commercial banking
- Dealer Commercial Services experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial statement analysis, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow evaluation
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products including Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook and Word
- Expertise in complex contract negotiation and contract creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and logistics across stakeholders
- Self-motivated and sales-driven leader with a proven ability to drive pipeline growth and achieve targets
