Responsibilities
Partner with Product, GTM, and Support teams to identify operational inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve cross-functional workflows.
Conduct data analysis to uncover insights, track KPIs, and inform strategic decisions.
Manage and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Support the design and implementation of processes to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational initiatives with company strategy.
Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to ensure alignment and progress on key projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
2-4 years of experience in management consulting, ideally at a top-tier firm, with exposure to strategy and operations projects.
Proven project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for diverse audiences.
Experience working with Product, GTM, or Support teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage competing priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with process optimization or change management in a tech or startup environment.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Monday.com).
Exposure to GTM strategy, customer success, or product development cycles.
Experience in the self-storage and/or insurance industry.
