Today, our mission is centered on driving the Speed of Service for our clients, using our unique Safari Scores as the ultimate benchmark for operational excellence. These scores provide operators with a clear, real-time understanding of their operational performance. Looking ahead, by the end of 2024, we aim to generate AI-enabled recommendations for operating managers and staff, based on what our AI observes is working effectively and what isn't. By continuously developing and iterating on a Virtual Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), we bring our clients one step closer to fully Automating Action.
