UX/UI Designer (Delivery projects)

We're looking for a product-minded UI/UX Designer who brings rigour, curiosity, and a strong point of view to every project — from early discovery to polished delivery. You'll work across web and mobile, shape our design system, lead client workshops, and leverage AI tools to push the quality and speed of your work.

Requirements

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work;

• Proficiency in maintaining and evolving design systems, including a deep understanding of variables and tokens;

• Solid grasp of web and mobile design principles, platform conventions, and responsive design;

• Experience planning and facilitating client workshops, ideation sessions, and brainstorming;

• Strong user research and usability testing skills, with the ability to translate findings into design decisions;

• Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Figma Make, etc.) as part of your design process;

• Ability to clearly present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, developers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design product interfaces by proposing solutions for assigned tasks while proactively identifying and recommending improvements beyond the original scope.

• Create new and maintain existing design systems and UI kits, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs translate accurately into production.

• Follow established AI integration processes within the design workflow and suggest improvements to evolve them further.

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, presenting and defending design decisions and concepts with clear, well-reasoned arguments.
