About the Role
We’re looking for a strong and detail-oriented Front-End Developer who excels in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and is eager to own no code website builders such as Webflow, Framer, Unbounce and more.
You’ll work closely with global creative and technical teams across time zones to deliver beautiful, high-performance front-end experiences. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced product studio environment while being mentored to advance your technical depth in React and modern front-end frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Build, test, and maintain pixel-perfect, responsive web pages and microsites.
Convert Figma/XD designs into clean, modular, and production-ready front-end code.
Work across Webflow, Framer, and Shopify to deliver world-class interfaces.
Collaborate with design, backend, and project management teams in PST hours to ensure real-time communication and delivery alignment.
Test UI across devices and browsers, ensuring smooth performance and visual consistency.
Maintain a strong attention to detail — obsessing over responsiveness, spacing, and polish.
Learn React.js under guidance to transition into component-based development for larger projects.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience (formal or informal) in front-end web development.
Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Must be comfortable working during PST hours. (IST 6:30 PM- 3:30 AM)
Deep understanding of responsive design, browser testing, and layout debugging.
Exceptional communication skills — proactive, clear, and confident.
Passion for quality, detail, and continuous learning.
Willingness to train and grow into React.js development.
Experience with Webflow, Framer, or Shopify is a plus (or ability to learn quickly).
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with Git workflows, API integration, and CMS systems.
Understanding of SEO, page speed, and accessibility optimization.
Exposure to front-end automation or component libraries.
