About the role

We are seeking a Junior User Acquisition Manager to join our growing team and help drive subscriptions through web funnels within a single project. The ideal candidate should have experience with at least one advertising platform (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, X, etc.). The core focus of this role will be managing and optimizing campaigns within the Meta ecosystem. While not a primary responsibility, exploring and testing new advertising channels may be part of the role depending on team priorities and candidate interest.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management:

    • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns, primarily on Meta.

    • Learn new advertising platforms and implement best practices as needed.

    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.

    • Assist in budget allocation and management.

  2. Creative Testing & Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the creative team to brief, review, and iterate on ad creatives, including active participation in brainstorming meetings.

    • Test various creative formats, messages, and angles to identify top performers.

    • Analyze the performance of creatives and provide structured feedback to guide production.

    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify creative trends and winning strategies in the market.

  3. Data Analysis and Insights:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics.

    • Collaborate closely with the data team to leverage reports and data tools.

    • Use data-driven insights to inform tactical decisions and campaign adjustments.

  4. Campaign Structure and Optimization:

    • Design and implement optimal campaign structures.

    • Continuously test and refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

    • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities.

  5. Market Research:

    • Stay up to date on trends in the Paid Social landscape, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.

    • Monitor competitor activity, ad formats, and industry benchmarks.

    • Identify new opportunities and best practices in performance marketing.

  6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with the data team to leverage insights and improve decision-making.

    • Collaborate with creative producers to ensure ad creatives align with performance goals.

    • Work with other teams (e.g., product, marketing) to ensure cohesive user acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

  1. Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or User Acquisition.

  • Hands-on experience with at least 1 major advertising platform (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).

  • Experience with performance marketing and campaign optimization.

  1. Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

  • Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.

  • Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.

Location
