Primary Responsibilities:

Supporting the Program Manager and CAMS in managing cost and schedule integration and quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC), as well as working with the other stake holders to analyze staffing, and cost variances on a weekly/monthly basis.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and have the ability to multi-task and work on several different program issues concurrently, in a challenging and deadline driven environment, as part of a team.

The successful candidate should also be able to work closely with all functions and be able to translate information between the functions. This position will also have opportunity for additional project management tasks related to the program goals.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) on a monthly basis including estimate of costs, test of reasonableness analysis, and risk and opportunities.

  • Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.

  • Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.

  • Participates in critical program communication meetings such as the Monthly Program Review and EAC Reviews to communicate issues / changes / risks / opportunities, as well as other budget reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and audit activities.

  • Proposal support including Basis of Estimate (BOE) input and supporting review of BOEs, Statements of Work (SOW), and contract changes.

  • Support of project management tasks / goals

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

  • Must have a minimum of 10+ professional years of experience as a Program Manager and CAMS related professional who has managed cost and schedule integration and quarterly Estimates.

  • Understanding of US Government acquisition laws and regulations (FAR) and (DFARS).

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven experience with Earned Value (EV)

  • Understanding of EAC structure/preparation

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • The ability to present and communicate effectively with all levels of stake holders and functions.

  • Experience working independently and with higher levels of management.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Must be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering and/or Finance Background

  • Earned Value (EV) Certified

  • Proficient with SAP and Earned Value Tools (APEX/PRISM/BW/PMX Tool)

  • Understanding of EAC structure/preparation

  • Understanding of AOP and Long-Range Planning, program forecasting and metrics

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
