Drafts, generates, interprets, negotiates, and manages agreements of moderate complexity with periodic exposure to more complex agreements; Reviews internal requests to support business objectives; Utilizes standard guidance documents to conduct terms summary analysis; Communicates with leadership regarding risk mitigation analysis; Documents archival and contract artifact maintenance; Tries incoming requests via enterprise tools and provides timely, accurate communications and support to stakeholders; Supports audit requests from internal and external parties; Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices; Works autonomously with limited supervision.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree with LLB preferred with minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Attention to detail
- Work hours will be per IST time zone, with flexibility to support occasional meetings with US east coast peers at extended hours
