Job Description

*This opportunity is mostly remote, but may require onsite visits to our Wheeling, WV office about once per month.

  • Submit electronic bills via Hub or directly to third-party site
  • Assist in performing basic analyses/audits of e-billed invoices
  • Collaborate with team members on the resubmission of invoices
  • Populate, maintain, and update data for assigned clients in the billing system
  • Submit client accruals for e-billed matters*Ensure all client specific needs are met regarding eBilling processes while adhering to Williams Lea policies.
  • Perform other required duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college-level courses in Accounting or Accounting Degree are a plus
  • Minimum one year of office experience in a law-firm or professional organization preferred
  • Basic understanding of e-billing processes and systems, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform well in cross-functional diverse team environment and to interface effectively and successfully with internal management, peers, vendors, and client staff
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative
  • Ability to professionally handle matters of a sensitive nature with confidentiality

Additional Information

Total Base Pay Range

  • $17.50- $19.00 / hour

Throughout the late 19th and early 20th centuries, RRD steadily grew, driven by Richard Robert Donnelley's meticulous attention to both the artistic and scientific aspects of printing. This dedication to excellence attracted a prestigious clientele, including emerging giants like Sears, Roebuck & Co., for whom RRD pioneered the printing of mail-order catalogs. A pivotal moment came in 1886 when the company began printing telephone directories, a market that would expand exponentially with the telephone's rise. In 1890, the firm was officially incorporated as R.R. Donnelley and Sons Company under the leadership of Richard's son, Thomas E. Donnelley. The company continued to innovate, establishing one of the first industrial training programs in the United States, the Apprentice Training School, in 1908, ensuring a skilled workforce for generations. The 20th century saw RRD adapt to new media, printing iconic magazines like Time, starting in 1928. Even through the Great Depression, strategic contracts and a forward-thinking approach allowed the company to weather economic storms and anticipate industry shifts, such as the demand for larger format, coated-paper magazines. Over the decades, RRD has transformed from a traditional printer into an integrated communications provider, offering marketing and business communications, commercial printing, and related services on a global scale.
