Founded in 2019, Rock Bund Capital is a proprietary trading firm deeply committed to shaping the future of the cryptocurrency industry. We have an average daily trading volume exceeding $1 billion and peak daily trading volume reaching $5 billion. We process over 7 million transactions daily, trading more than 1,000 symbols across multiple CEx and DEx. • Real-Time Strategy Monitoring: Track market dynamics and flag key indicators that may trigger strategy adjustments or risk controls.
• Strategy Development & Execution Support: Assist traders and product leads in designing, testing, and deploying algorithmic or systematic trading strategies.
• Portfolio Construction: Participate in building and optimizing quantitative trading and market-making strategies across a range of derivative instruments, including cryptocurrencies or other high-volatility assets.
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to support backtesting and deployment pipelines.

• Master’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Quantitative Finance) with a strong academic background.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, strategy prototyping, and tool development.
• Willingness to participate in night shifts and weekend rotations (to support 24/7 trading operations).
• Creative and solution-oriented mindset with strong team collaboration skills.
• Prior experience (1–2 years preferred) in high-frequency trading, market-making, or quantitative research is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with trading in crypto, options, or futures markets is beneficial.
