The Sr. Director of Partnerships successfully leads and drives all solution and service (PL) sales efforts for Riverside Insights. Your primary role is to drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, coach and lead reps/direct reports, and ensure that sales objectives align with Riverside Insights’ overall goals.
In this role you will get to:
- Drive growth for Riverside through the acquisition of new business, new logos, and securing of key/strategic continuous (renewal) business
- Conduct/refine an analysis of the Total Allowable Market
- Drive sales process discipline and forecasting accuracy
- Develop and maintain a weighted pipeline of new business
- Build and maintain a consistently high performing partnerships/sales team
- Provide coaching and tactics to support successful sales execution through the design of individual rep strategic account plans for all target accounts
- Coach Reps and introduce performance improvement as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in EdTech sales with effective leadership skills required
- Knowledge of the Educational Assessment industry
- Competency in conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify new revenue opportunities and trends in the PreK-12 space
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Solid understanding of financial metrics and budget management
- Experience building strong customer relationships at the superintendent and cabinet-level in school districts, and leveraging those relationships to drive growth in sales
- Adaptability to quickly pivot and adjust strategies when market conditions change, ensuring continued revenue growth
- Ability to establish clear performance metrics tied to the sales process, implement training programs, and provide regular feedback and coaching to reps
- Experience with improving forecasting accuracy and implementing sales enablement tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to foster open communication channels between sales leadership and reps
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to create a positive and motivating work environment

- Remote
- Up to 50% travel for off-site team meetings
- May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.
