Riveron is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer (CPQ) who will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our Quote-to-Cash solutions. In this role, you will apply your deep technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ to build scalable, high-performing solutions that simplify complex sales processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Operations—to translate business requirements into robust technical implementations, drive platform enhancements, and ensure seamless system performance and integration across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Who You Are:

  • You are a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of overall Salesforce platform experience and at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
  • You have deep functional and technical knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • You are proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs, with a strong understanding of platform architecture and integration patterns.
  • You collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and can translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • You follow Salesforce best practices in development, DevOps, and governance, and take ownership of building enterprise-ready systems.
  • You hold a Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II and CPQ Specialist certifications are strong pluses).
  • You thrive in Agile environments and enjoy leading solution design as much as building.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, build, and enhance scalable, with a focus on CPQ and Billing functionality.
  • Implement complex configurations in CPQ such as bundled products, pricing rules, advanced approvals, and guided selling flows.
  • Extend Salesforce Billing to support invoicing, usage tracking, tax calculations, payments, and subscription models.
  • Develop high-quality, maintainable code using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and configure Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builders, and more.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as ERP, CLM, and payment gateways using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).Lead and participate in sprint planning, solution architecture reviews, and code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage production support, and provide long-term scalable solutions to business needs.
  • Collaborate on DevOps, version control, and CI/CD efforts using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide them on Salesforce development standards.
