We are looking for an Account Executive Manager to manage and develop a team of 5–10 AEs, run weekly pipeline reviews and forecast calls, and partner with SE leadership to align demo and workflow processes.
Requirements
- 6–10 years total sales experience with 2–5 years management
- Experience managing AEs in technical and complex SaaS environments
- Strong coaching and talent development abilities
- Comfortable in ambiguous early-stage GTM environments
- Self starter is a must
- Strong forecasting and pipeline governance capabilities
- Experience partnering with technical pre-sales teams
- Operationally structured with high attention to detail
- Clear communicator with strong narrative instincts
