We leverage HSS's proprietary clinical protocols covering over 95 conditions to deliver fast, accurate evaluations without the wait. Whether it's virtual physical therapy, referrals for imaging, or connections to orthopedic specialists, we guide our members to the right care at the right time.

We operate as a hybrid workforce with hub offices in Nashville, Washington DC, and Boston. Backed by $21 million in Series A funding from Frist Cressey Ventures, Flare Capital Partners, Greycroft, and HSS, we're scaling nationwide partnerships with health plans and providers. Our value-based care model aligns incentives to improve outcomes - achieving an 85% reduction in patient pain levels and 96% of patients making meaningful functional gains.
