Solutions Consultant (Presales)

Who We're Looking For:
For more than 42 years, RF-SMART, a United States headquartered company, has delivered advanced software solutions for distributors, manufacturers, and retailers worldwide. We are currently seeking a Solution Consultant (Presales Consultant) with warehouse and manufacturing experience to support our sales regions around the world. NetSuite or other ERP experience and Mobile Data Collection experience will be a big plus in this role. This person will demonstrate multiple RF-SMART products by conducting online and in person demos to potential Customers as well as work with the direct sales team during the entire presales cycle.
What You'll Do:
This candidate must effectively demonstrate the value of the RF-SMART mobile data collection product with integration into NetSuite to companies with manufacturing, warehousing, and/or shipping operations. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with prospects to understand functional requirements
- Coordinating with ERP Partners regarding demonstration expectations
- Configuring RF-SMART to align with the prospect’s warehouse and/or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrating the configurability and administration of the solution
- Label setup and printing knowledge
- Being a trusted advisor for all things RF-SMART
You will also participate in marketing activities such as webinars, creating product videos, conference staffing, and presenting at events. When necessary, you will use provisioned demonstration environments for our partners. In addition, you will support presales activities as well as solution design, RF equipment recommendations, gap analysis identification, business analysis, managing proof of concepts.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of NetSuite and WMS experience
- Moderate technical knowledge on databases/sources, Networks, and Printers
- Experience in warehousing and manufacturing
- Shipping knowledge (parcel, LTL, FTL) is a plus
- Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite
- Must be a multitasker with excellent communication skills who is energized by working in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced sales environment where your calendar can change daily
- Experienced working with sales team/executives. They will be your customers.
- Driven by a portion of compensation being based on commission, which will be directly related to your influence on the software sale

- Must be able to work independently as you will most likely be working remotely from your home office
- Travel on average is 20% with periodic spikes. Need to live within 1 hour of major airport. Ability to travel with short notice.
