Who We're Looking For
For more than 40 years, RF-SMART, a United States headquartered company, has delivered advanced software solutions for distributors, manufacturers, and retailers worldwide. We are currently seeking a Solution Consultant with warehouse and manufacturing experience to support our sales regions around the world. NetSuite or other ERP experience and Mobile Data Collection experience will be a big plus in this role. This person will demonstrate multiple RF-SMART products by conducting online and in person demos to existing Customers as well as work with the direct sales team to provide additional value to our customers based on their needs.
What You'll Do
This candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of business operations (manufacturing, warehousing, and/or shipping) so they can adequately understand customer challenges and provide valuable recommendations on how to resolve them using RF-SMART products. You will support our Strategic Account Executives in their pursuit to retain customers and increase their utilization of RF-SMART. In addition, you will also participate in marketing activities such as webinars, creating product videos, conference staffing, and presenting at events. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with:
- Identifying operational pain points
- Providing guidance on customer challenges
- Performing refresher demos of RF-SMART products
- Leading Tips & Tricks sessions (NetSuite and RF-SMART)
- Training RF-SMART SuperUsers
- Performing customer Health Checks
- Hosting webinars
- Identifying upsell opportunities
What You Bring
- 5+ years of NetSuite and WMS experience
- Moderate technical knowledge on databases/sources, Networks, and Printers
- Experience in warehousing and manufacturing
- Shipping knowledge (parcel, LTL, FTL) is a plus
- Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite
- Must be a multitasker with excellent communication skills who is energized by working in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced sales environment where your calendar can change daily
- Experienced working with sales team/executives. They will be your customers.

- Must be able to work independently as you will most likely be working remotely from your home office.
- Travel on average is 25% with periodic spikes. Need to live within 1 hour of major airport. Ability to travel with short notice.
