Lead and facilitate onboarding training sessions for new hires/clients, develop and maintain onboarding and training materials, and provide ongoing support and follow-up training.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or employee enablement (healthcare or ABA preferred)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using and training others on multiple systems and software
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, easy-to-understand training
- Proactive, patient, and supportive approach to training
