We’re focused on automating highly manual tasks to tackle long-standing problems in claims while setting the new standard for TPAs, insurance technology providers and adjusters alike.

• As a full stack engineer at Reserv, you'll be at the heart of our growth journey, shaping the future of our technology and platform. You are a passionate engineer with strong backend skills, and the desire to build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications. What you'll do

• Work with our tech stack: Ruby/Ruby on Rails, React, Typescript, and others when needed
• Help distill the core interactions a customer of Reserv will need to be successful in using our product, from the homepage, to the developer dashboard, to documentation centers and SDKs
• Ship frontend and backend components that improve the Reserv product experience
• Commit on your first day, and deploy code continuously
• As we scale our product & engineering teams, collaborate closely with our product ops, design, and sales teams, as well as mentor junior engineers
• Communicate ideas and specifications through detailed, precise writing
• Influence the culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team
• Enjoy and have fun being creative and thinking outside of the box. You will need to draw on analogous situations you’ve worked on before, but we are not traversing well-traveled roads. “Where we’re going, we don’t need roads!”
