Renuity is hiring a Candidate Experience Coordinator to support high-volume hiring across divisions. The role is critical to ensuring a seamless candidate journey from offer acceptance through Day 1.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in: Customer service, Recruiting coordination / onboarding, HR or high-touch administrative support
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with ATS systems (Ashby or similar preferred)
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion
