Renuity is looking for a Field Recruiter to join their team. The Field Recruiter will own full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across Renuity's field operations and partner closely with hiring managers and regional leadership to deliver talent that directly impacts business performance and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and professionalism.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS and HRIS systems required (Ashby and ADP experience is a plus).
