System Analyst

We’re looking for a System Analyst who cares about Product, Engineering, and Delivery. Someone who helps turn ideas into well-shaped, feasible, production-ready solutions.

This person will take ownership of clarifying requirements, proposing solutions that balance business goals, technical feasibility, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, maintainability). They’ll work closely with Product to define what can be built and how, and with Engineers to minimize the time spent on back-and-forth clarifications or incomplete specs.

The right candidate will:

• Translate high-level product ideas into clear, structured requirements
• Propose solution options with tradeoffs (including NFRs and edge cases)
• Collaborate with Engineers to align on technical approach early
• Ensure alignment with engineering best practices and system design constraints
• Work closely with Engineering Managers to help drive features to production

Requirements

• Fintech or banking domain experience (especially a big plus if you’ve worked on high-integrity systems, e.g., payments, onboarding, internal platforms)
• A proactive approach to work: this is not a passive documentation role. We want someone who thinks in systems, understands how engineering teams work, and can drive complex cross-functional workstreams from idea to delivery
• Skills in handling technical and non-functional requirements, including ensuring performance, security, and scalability
