As a Medium Enterprise Account Executive you will be responsible for driving the sell directly or co-sell with our partners to our medium enterprise customers (company sizes range from 1.000 to 10.000 employees). You identify their business needs and how our solution can help them to solve them, navigate through the customers organization to find champions and help them to convince their budget holders. You understand the competitive landscape and successfully position our unique selling points. Once the customer is convinced, you guide them through the procurement, security and legal process with the help of your colleagues in various departments until we close the deal.

Responsibilities
- Winning New Business and driving Expansions: The primary focus is to drive net new revenue
- Understanding our product Rencore Governance, including value proposition and common customer pain points
- Network through customer hierarchies to find the right decision makers who see value in our products value propositions
- Cooperate and co-sell together with our partner network and leverage skills and knowledge to enhance our partner’s capabilities
- Apply and improve your sales operations abilities using our Hubspot CRM system. Achieve sales targets and reporting on your own forecasts and KPIs to ensure predictability, data quality, and accountability in the sales process
- Work together with the entire sales team to share your successful strategies and support each other with creative approaches to demonstrating the highest level of customer value of our products
- Collaboratively improve our KPI metrics, such as lead time, deal volume, average deal size, lead conversion rates, win/loss ratio
What you'll bring

- Creativity, being able to navigate comfortably in ambiguous situations
- Ability to work both independently as well as collaborate in team settings
- Perfect written and spoken English communication skills, German and other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel
Our ideal candidate
- Loves to work with customers and partners
- Proven history of medium enterprise software sales to a wide variety of verticals in the DACH region
- Successful experience in SaaS sales
- Experience in the Microsoft M365 ecosystem is a plus
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed targets and ability to build efficient and long-lasting processes
- Strong sales acumen and track record of attaining quota – you know how to navigate tough conversations and turn it into a win-win for all
