We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding service to our global client base — resolving issues fast, building trust, and making every interaction count.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound queries via email, chat, and ticketing systems
• Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Identify patterns in customer issues and feed back to product
• Contribute to the support knowledge base

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Empathetic, patient, and solution-focused
• Comfortable with support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
• Reliable with a professional home workspace
