We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Customer Service Assistant to support daily financial tasks and order processing. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks (data entry, categorization).
- Enter and process customer orders accurately.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and basic follow-ups.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and order records.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone as needed.
- Support general administrative and customer service tasks.
Requirements
- Experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
