Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable
Maintain and update general ledger and financial records
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
Support client accountants and finance managers with documentation and reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP as applicable)
Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or NetSuite
Communicate regularly with international clients and respond to queries promptly
Requirements
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles
Demonstrated ability to support clients in international markets (USA, UK, EU)
Solid understanding of international bookkeeping/accounting requirements
Proficiency in relevant accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, etc.)
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualifications preferred (e.g. ICB, AAT, NDip, BCom)
Own laptop and stable connection
