Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outreach via cold calling (150–200 daily), LinkedIn, and email to generate new client leads.
• Set up and lead sales meetings with hiring managers and business leaders across the UK.
• Build strong, lasting client relationships and become their go-to for talent solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from introduction and pitch to sending T&Cs, contracts, and handling onboarding admin.
• Collaborate closely with our delivery team to ensure smooth handover and continued success for every client.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a 360 or business development recruitment role.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach at scale.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.
• Driven, commercially-minded, and eager to hit and exceed sales targets.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing contracts and client documentation.
• Laptop and reliable internet connection required.
