Who we're looking for
Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products. What you will do
- Drive frontend architecture and implementation of our web application, delivering pixel-perfect, performant user interfaces
- Design and build APIs, integrate with backend systems, and step into backend work when needed
- Prototype, iterate, and ship features in collaboration with product and design
- Advocate for frontend best practices, mentor teammates, and shape coding standards
- Participate in architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
- Balance speed and quality: build fast, reliable, and testable code
- Be hands-on—troubleshoot, debug, and iterate with ownership
What should my qualifications be?
- 8+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Strong mastery of modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js, or similar)
- Deep understanding of CSS, browser rendering, layouts, animations, performance optimizations
- Experience designing and consuming APIs
- Proven ability to architect systems, work across layers, and make technical trade-offs
- Excellent communication skills (C1) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Programming Languages: Typescript, Javascript, Django
- Frameworks and tools (one or more): ReactJs, NextJs (preferred), Tailwind CSS, Redux, Django
- APIs (one or more): GraphQL, Rest API
- Data storage (one or more): Postgresql, MySQL
- Working knowledge of AWS Cloud Services
- Startup or small-team experience (versus only large companies)
- Open-source contributions or personal technical projects
- Exposure to AI/ML or productizing ML features
