Relevel, a subsidiary of Unacademy, is an Indian edtech platform founded in 2021 and headquartered in Bengaluru. The company's primary mission is to democratize job opportunities for millions of young Indians by providing a platform for skill assessment and job placement. Relevel conducts tests across various categories, including technical and business roles, enabling candidates to showcase their skills and gain access to employment opportunities with numerous partner companies. The platform aims to connect job seekers with employers based on demonstrated skills rather than solely on educational qualifications or prior work experience. This skill-centric approach is designed to ensure better job matches and increased job satisfaction for candidates.

Initially, Relevel focused on helping candidates learn industry-relevant skills through courses like Business Development and subsequently connecting them with over 800 partner companies. The platform has facilitated job offers with significant salary packages and career growth opportunities. By mid-June 2022, Relevel reported having delivered over Rs 50 crore worth of jobs in annual CTC. A significant portion of users who secured job offers through Relevel were freshers, while experienced professionals also benefited from substantial salary increases. The platform has seen considerable user growth, with over 2.5 lakh applicants registering for the Relevel Test monthly as of April 2022. In a strategic shift, Relevel announced in early 2023 that it would move its focus from its education business to its test product and a new app called NextLevel. This decision involved a workforce reduction, with a portion of the remaining team being absorbed into other Unacademy Group businesses. Despite these changes, Relevel continues to emphasize its commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences and outcomes for enrolled learners. The company's core team is now dedicated to building the NextLevel app.
